I went through assessment-heavy and itinerary-style interviews that felt long, but the structure was clear from the start.

Casual + friendly opening — I started with a steak dinner and a casual conversation, with hotel support provided.
Multiple rounds back-to-back — the next morning included several short interviews until lunch.
Group discussion + written/aptitude — in a similar process, I also saw group discussion, written tests (aptitude, arithmetic, verbal), and multiple HR/technical/personal rounds.
Outcome: I didn’t get an offer; the takeaway is that stamina and consistency across many formats matter in these longer tracks.
