Reading, EnglandPosted Feb 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I experienced a well-communicated, multi-stage process with clear expectations and regular updates, and the overall difficulty felt manageable.

Initial HR interview (phone) — HR covered my background and explained that the process would take around two weeks, with updates on next steps.
Structured multi-stage rounds — across the remaining stages, I received feedback after each step, and the people I met were willing to answer my questions. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, but the process quality stood out as supportive and clearly managed.
