For the automation/control-focused track, my interviews skewed toward behavioral experience and light technical checks, ending with a design-minded question.

Behavior + domain experience — questions about prior experience with distributed control systems, programmable logic controllers, and communication protocols; I also discussed travel availability.
Technical + behavioral with leads — standard behavioral prompts about projects and tech stack, followed by an easy string-based programming question.
OOP design question — a design-oriented OOP prompt after the coding question.
Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, but the process felt approachable and centered on practical experience in industrial automation.
