Electronic Arts QA Engineer interview experience

But after the interview actually happened, I never heard back to learn what the next steps were or even where the process stood.

That silence made the whole experience feel like I’d wasted time, and it hurt my trust in how the company handled communication. There wasn’t a clear path to follow, and I couldn’t tell whether I was being delayed, deprioritized, or forgotten.

I didn’t receive an offer. Honestly, what stuck with me wasn’t the difficulty of the interview—it was the lack of follow-through afterward, because that made the process feel careless from the candidate’s side.
