My impression of the process was that it was genuinely awful and a waste of time for me.

I went in expecting a reasonable fit, but the questions covered material that felt like straight out of the early CS basics.

The experience didn’t feel like it matched what I was looking to spend my time on, and it also didn’t feel aligned with the kind of work I expected the role to involve. By the time the interview loop played out, my conclusion was that it wasn’t a suitable company fit.

There was no offer, and the reflection I left with was blunt: the process didn’t convince me there was real value in the time spent, and the mismatch made it hard to take the opportunity seriously.
