My interview felt centered on communication and how I’d sell, negotiate, and persuade in a real client context.

I went in expecting evaluation of my confidence and how well I could build a relationship, and that’s exactly how it played out.

The process followed a three-round structure. First came a group discussion with a current-topic prompt, and then there was a mock sales pitch where I had to present convincingly. The final round was with HR, and it happened the same day, with the overall focus staying on whether I could speak clearly and demonstrate the right selling mindset.

What made it feel smooth was how direct the criteria were—my communication level and my ability to “win” the conversation
