I ended up at a face-to-face round that felt relatively smooth from the start.

The staff were supportive and seemed to guide me through the process rather than just interrogate me. I felt like I answered well, and the conversation stayed focused on what I could bring to the sales role.

Even with that positive experience, it still didn’t convert into an offer. What stayed with me most was the helpful, “we’ll get you through this step” vibe during the interview itself, even though the final decision didn’t go my way.
