Denver, COPosted Nov 2021 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for an Account Executive role with an easy-to-average, well-organized flow that included time set aside to understand the job before the deeper conversation.

Recruiter phone interview — a brief background conversation with HR.
On-site manager interview — a face-to-face discussion with senior leadership.
Pre-interview onboarding preview + shadowing — before interviews, they sat me with a team to walk through core aspects of the role; I also did shadowing. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, but the takeaway was that they tried to prepare me so I knew what I was getting into.
