Troy, MIPosted Nov 2017 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My journey started like a lot of others—recruiter call first, then an in-office interview with managers and time shadowing someone already doing the job.

I remember leaving one manager interview feeling like things went well and being told I’d hear from recruiting by the end of the week about next steps. When that didn’t happen, I waited, and then I followed up.

That’s where it went sideways. I tried calling the contact number they’d provided, and it didn’t connect me to anything related to Echo. I reached back out to a manager so they could pass along a message, but I still didn’t get a response. By the end of it, it felt unprofessional and like the process wasn’t actually coordinated beyond the first conversation.
