My interview journey was relatively straightforward and sales-focused, and I spent time getting a feel for the role through shadowing and exercises.

Phone interview — basic recruiter questions and resume walkthrough, setting up the next round.
In-person interview — part of the day included shadowing someone in the sales role, then a Q&A segment with interviewers.
Sales exercise / role practice — a sales exercise was used alongside resume and job-focused questions. Outcome: I advanced through an easy, preparation-friendly process; the shadowing and exercise made the expectations feel clear.
