Echo Global Logistics Account Executive interview experience

United StatesPosted Jul 2013 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through the Account Executive process that felt like a longer “screen → recruiter → manager → shadow” journey across multiple stages in 2013.

Phone interview — a first conversation to review my background and interest in the role.
Recruiter interview — I was brought into an additional recruiter-led discussion.
Manager interview + shadowing — I met again with a manager and then shadowed a rep for about 30 minutes to see the work firsthand.
Wrap-up check — the team said they would follow up after confirming whether I qualified. Outcome: I didn’t move forward, but the format was consistent and clearly aimed at validating fit through real-day observation.
