Scottsdale, AZPosted Sep 2019 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for an Account Executive role and found the process easy, quick, and very well coordinated, with clear expectations on timing and next steps.

Short phone call — a brief introduction and basic screening.
On-site visit — I shadowed an employee and then had an in-person interview with sales leadership.
Follow-up speed — in one case, I was called back within two days with an offer that wasn’t negotiable; in another, the process was clearly timed. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer in some cases, but the overall takeaway is that they communicate timelines very clearly.
