Echo Global Logistics Account Executive interview experience

The recruiter handled the initial phone interview, then set up an office visit shortly after. When I arrived on site, the interviews felt casual and conversational rather than formal and stiff.

During the office visit, I met with an on-site recruiter first, then I met an account manager. The vibe stayed relaxed, and the fact that it didn’t feel like a high-pressure interrogation made it easier to talk openly about my experience. I didn’t get an offer, but the experience itself was one of the smoother ones I had—less stressful than many sales interview loops.
