I interviewed for Account Executive in 2013 with a recruiter-led path that escalated in intensity, including resume deep-dives and on-the-spot problem solving.

Recruiter phone screen — a recruiter reached out and set up an office visit after our initial conversation.
Panel-style interviews (in-person) — I went through two panel segments; one felt more impersonal, while the other provided high-level company/role context.
On-the-spot evaluation — I was drilled on specific parts of my resume and pushed into mental math/problem-solving during the session(s).
Follow-on conversational stage — the second recruiter interaction felt more demanding, with frequent “on the spot” prompts, but still conversational and focused on role
