Atlanta, GAPosted May 2015 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I experienced the more standard Echo account-executive style process—phone first, then an in-branch shadow and manager interviews—where the difficulty felt moderate and the pace was fairly quick.

Recruiter/initial phone interview — I discussed why I wanted the role/company, my relevant experience, and logistics of the job (often including salary/benefits topics) with straightforward screening questions.
Shadow + office interview — I came into the branch to shadow a carrier or top rep briefly, then sat for an in-person conversation with HR/branch leadership.
Manager panel — I was asked common fit/strength-and-weakness questions (plus “where do you see yourself” and related behavioral prompts), sometimes with multiple supervisors interviewing together.
