I interviewed for an Account Executive role through an average process that felt long because multiple rounds happened in one sitting, but it was insightful thanks to on-site shadowing.

Phone interview — initial screening followed by an invitation to come to the office.
On-site shadowing + in-person interviews — I sat with reps, and there was some pressure to keep questions moving while they were busy.
Multiple interviews in one go — instead of spreading steps out, they grouped interviews together the same day alongside additional shadowing. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, but I appreciated getting a realistic view of how the floor works.
