I interviewed for an Account Executive role and experienced an average process that was quick compared to other 3PLs, with shadowing as a central step—but follow-up timing could be inconsistent.

Application + HR phone call — I started online (or via a career fair) and then completed a phone screen with HR.
On-site shadow + sales manager interview — I visited the office, shadowed an employee, toured/studied the setup, and then had a sales manager conversation.
Follow-up after the onsite — in one case they promised a recruiter update that didn’t arrive on time, requiring me to chase. Outcome: I didn’t move forward, and the takeaway was that speed and structure were strengths, while communication delays could undermine the experience.
