I interviewed for Account Executive in mid-2011 and found the final stage to be the toughest part, despite a professional overall environment.

Phone interview — an initial screen to review my fit and background.
In-person one-on-one — a direct meeting at their office.
Final interview with director of sales — this was described as the hardest stage, with curveball questions designed to throw me off. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; I came away feeling the process was serious and that the director-level questions were the real differentiator.
