EasyUnited StatesPosted May 2013 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for the Account Executive role with a fairly structured multi-step process in early May 2013.

Recruiter phone screen — about an hour covering my background, experience, and fit for the sales role.
Onsite (recruiter + manager + top rep shadow) — I spoke with the recruiter and a manager, then sat with the top representative for roughly an hour watching her make calls and answer emails.
Onsite follow-up (second manager) — additional manager discussion to round out the fit conversation.
Background check + final interview — I completed paperwork, cleared the background check, then had a final phone interview with the VP in Chicago. Outcome: I received an offer
