Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My interview started with a quick self-introduction, then jumped into a problem where I initially thought the solution sequence couldn’t be constant, but after checking it turned out that was correct for the first task.

I ran two test cases successfully, and the first problem was tied to Meeting Rooms II.

After that, I was given a second question that I realized I’d seen before. I walked through the example during the interview, but afterward I doubted my actual solution correctness. That second problem was related to finding leaves of a binary tree. In the last few minutes, I tried to ask the interviewer two questions, but he seemed disengaged and didn’t respond in a helpful way. I left feeling uncertain about the outcome because the interaction didn’t close the loop clearly.
