eBay Software Engineer interview experience

The day included two DSA questions that I had to solve within about an hour, so the technical portion was fairly concentrated and time-bound.

After the DSA part, there was a system design round where a system design problem was discussed. That mix made the pace feel intense: coding-style problem-solving first, then switching gears into a higher-level architecture conversation.

I didn’t get an offer, and what I took away from the experience was that the process weighed both quick DSA execution and the ability to talk through design reasoning under the constraints of an onsite schedule.
