Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My process for eBay had four rounds and felt noticeably lighter than other places I’d experienced.

I walked in expecting something tougher, but I found the questions fairly easy overall. The system design portion used a basic online chatting setup, and the difficulty didn’t really challenge me the way I’d expected.

Across the rounds, I didn’t feel like I had to fight for clarity or deep technical insight—rather, it was more like they were checking the basics. The last round was mainly behavioral, with classic questions about my background and how I work. I ended up with a good impression of the process because it seemed like the company genuinely needed hires.

I didn’t record an offer
