My interview day was a bit of a mess in the logistics.

It was four 45-minute interviews, but only three of the interviewers actually showed up. I ended up emailing my recruiter three times to flag it, and I never got a response.

Of the interviewers I did have, two of the three were live coding sessions. That meant I still had the technical pressure, even though the schedule itself wasn’t reliably staffed.

I didn’t receive an offer. The hardest part to reconcile wasn’t the technical challenge—it was realizing I had to deal with broken scheduling while still being evaluated like the full loop had run as planned.
