eBay Software Engineer interview experience

The interviewers asked hard LeetCode-style problems, and the difficulty was explicitly called out in how the loop was described to me. It wasn’t a situation where I could rely on broad discussion or light reasoning—I had to actually push through challenging prompts.

Even with solid effort, the outcome didn’t end with an offer. The whole experience left me feeling like I’d been measured against difficult standards, and that it really came down to whether my solutions held up under pressure.
