San Jose, CAPosted Apr 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I started with a recruiter conversation, then moved into a telephonic interview that was mostly string and sorting algorithm questions.

After that, there was an onsite loop with two coding rounds plus one system design round and one cultural fit conversation.

The coding questions leaned toward OOP and backtracking. The system design piece and the cultural fit part rounded out the evaluation beyond just coding, so it didn’t feel like I could rely on one skill area.

Overall, it was a positive experience and I ended up getting an offer. My reflection is that the variety of rounds made it feel fairer than a purely algorithm-focused process.
