My interview journey felt streamlined and a bit different from the typical back-and-forth rounds.

It included a psychometric test, then a group activity, and finally an interview.

During the interview, the focus was on scenario-based questions, along with questions about my prior employment and education. The overall experience felt smooth, and the way they structured it made it clear they were looking at both how I think in realistic situations and how I’ve built my experience so far.

I didn’t end up with an offer, but I left feeling like the process had a coherent purpose—tests and scenarios together, rather than just a standard conversation.
