My process moved unusually fast and was pretty lightweight.

I never met anyone in person, and it felt like the management team operated fully remotely, so it was also hard to get direct reach or context. The questions were the usual interview topics and nothing that got very deep technically.

There was also a “wait to hear back” phase that wasn’t very reassuring. After an interview where they said they would email, I ended up not receiving anything, and I later interpreted that the silence likely meant I hadn’t progressed. Another time, I even got an automated email telling me I was refused right before what was supposed to be a second round.
