I went through a multi-round process across HR, technical managers, and live technical conversations, taking a few weeks overall.

HR screen — A short fit check with HR/people side to gauge alignment with the role.
Technical manager screen — A 30-minute discussion with a technical manager.
Extended technical Teams interview — A longer (~2.5 hour) Teams session with the technical department.
Follow-up leadership interview (Teams) — A final ~1-hour conversation with technical leadership/area management.
Additional stage: panel/onsite elements — In at least one path, the process continued with panel-style onsite conversations.
