I faced a DuPont process that was mostly straightforward in structure but repeatedly revisited both HR and technical interviewing, which made it feel like a longer evaluation.

HR round — Behavioral/cultural fit and background discussion.
Technical interview #1 — Technical conversation focused on role-relevant knowledge.
HR round — Another checkpoint on fit.
Technical interview #2 — A second deeper technical discussion.
HR round + more technical rounds (repeated pattern) — The cycle of HR and technical conversations continued across multiple interviewers. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; the takeaway was that consistency across multiple HR/technical checkpoints was expected.
