I interviewed for a Software Engineer role using a low-stress, behavioral-focused format on a short timeline, emphasizing STAR-style stories and growth potential.

On-campus / early interview — An interview with two engineers on campus, with about 30 minutes per interviewer, alternating questions; mostly behavioral.
All-day: 1:1 supervisor meetings — Three one-on-one interviews with supervisors; questions were non-technical and rooted in my past experiences, designed to assess growth potential.
On-site: multiple 1:1s — Multiple one-on-one conversations that were laid back, largely behavioral, and guided by a prompt sheet.
Behavioral interview prep (STAR) — I was expected to come ready with examples from projects and other life
