One of the most frustrating parts of my interview journey was how much time I spent without receiving any feedback afterward.

I ended up investing around five hours interviewing, and when it was over, there was essentially zero information sent my way. The people I met were nice and encouraging during the sessions, and the questions were relatively straightforward, but I got the sense they were still looking for something specific since they didn’t ask for references even though they mentioned a next stage. In the end, I didn’t get a clear follow-up, and that lack of closure really stuck with me.
