My process had a very “final round” energy once I made it that far.

I went through a kind of superday structure where the first part was an online assessment on a zoom call, and then I had a final behavioral round with a couple STAR-style questions about my experience. It felt like they were making quick, decisive judgments.

When I advanced further, I ended up in rounds that looked like a shortlist of engineers and finalists: there was a one-hour technical interview followed by an informal buddy chat. Before that, I even had to sign an NDA and provide references from past employers, which made the process feel more serious and formal than earlier steps.
