Pitts, PAPosted Dec 2019 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

After applying online, my process moved through the typical stages: a phone interview, then a HackerRank coding challenge, followed by a video technical interview and finally an onsite.

The recruiter communication set expectations that I’d hear back after a few weeks, but the real experience was that I never got a response. I didn’t just wait quietly—I reached out by email too, but nothing came back, which left me feeling pretty stuck after the onsite.

I didn’t end up with an offer, and the hardest part wasn’t the interviews themselves so much as the silence after everything had already concluded.
