SingaporePosted Jul 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a longer, more intense process where the rounds felt demanding and scheduling/fit signals sometimes overrode technical success.

Lengthy process with delays (Singapore) — I interviewed for a technical role abroad, but every stage was delayed by about a week or more, including one round that took nearly a month.
Final decision based on trading background — Even after completing tasks and succeeding technically, I was rejected with a generic note saying other candidates had more prior trading experience.
Multi-round path with intense live implementation — In another similar experience, I received a very long technical prompt and implemented a solution live after an OA and HR screening.
**Late
