San Francisco, CAPosted Jan 2021 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I got pulled into the process after talking with Dropbox engineers at a career fair and submitting my resume online.

The next day I received an online assessment, and once I completed that I heard from a recruiter to schedule a first-round phone algorithms interview. After that, I did a behavioral conversation with my recruiter.

Then I went onsite for a full day. The structure was pretty specific: two interviews back-to-back in the morning, lunch with an engineer who later provided feedback, and then one more set of interviews in the afternoon. The day felt long and concentrated, but at least the interview flow itself was clear and organized.
