My Dropbox process was unusually fast.

After I completed the technical interviews, I didn’t pass. What made it stand out was that they offered me a feedback call afterward—something I hadn’t experienced with other companies.

The whole situation felt fair and transparent in a way that reduced the usual sting of being rejected quickly. I wasn’t given an offer, but the fact that they followed up with direct feedback made the process feel more respectful than most.
