Draper Labs Software Engineer interview experience

There wasn’t much detail upfront about the culture or what the work environment was like, so I mostly relied on what I learned during the scheduled discussions.

I made a presentation to a larger group for about an hour based on a project I had worked on. Before that, there was a telephone interview, and then later they flew me in, so the in-person part followed the remote screening.

I didn’t get an offer, and the main lasting impression was how long the process took to coordinate along with the limited context they provided about day-to-day life.
