I had a pretty relaxed hiring process overall.

It started with a recruiter screen, and then I moved on to a behavioral interview with the hiring manager. The vibe was easygoing, and the questions stayed focused on my past experiences and how my skills matched what they were looking for.

What surprised me was how light it felt—there weren’t really technical questions, and the conversations didn’t turn into problem-solving. By the end, it just felt like a straightforward fit check rather than a high-stakes technical evaluation. It ultimately didn’t lead to an offer, but the whole experience felt smooth and low pressure.
