A recruiter call kicked things off, mostly centered on how agile worked and what the role would involve day to day.

After that, I had a technical phone screen where I had to walk through my solution as I coded. I solved the parts of the coding challenge within the required time, even though I had to first wrap my head around the full problem statement and still produce a workable approach.

The interview felt like it was testing whether I could explain my thinking clearly while moving at pace. I didn’t receive an offer, but I walked away feeling like my communication and execution were at least understood during the session.
