After a recruiter screening call, the process moved quickly into a technical screen.

I took it on HackerRank with two engineers, and what stood out was how quiet the interviewers were for a long stretch. One of them also never turned their camera on. The task itself felt more like a standard programming exercise than a conversation, and once I got going it was fine.

Then I went into a set of three additional interviews: an OO-focused problem, a more technical interview, and a behavioral/culture fit conversation. The OO portion focused on design and how I’d reason through structure, while the behavioral discussion pushed me on how I’d worked and collaborated in past roles.
