DP world Software Engineer interview experience

The interviewer was friendly and asked questions that matched the role and context, and they also explained what they were looking for and what the next steps would be.

The experience overall was positive and not stressful in tone. I still didn’t receive an offer, but the process itself felt respectful and clearly run.

The main takeaway I had was that even with a good, organized interview dynamic, the result can still come down to evaluation at the end. Still, the way the conversation was handled stood out as the best part of the process.
