DP world Software Engineer interview experience

There was a phone interview, then a recruiter interview, followed by a technical interview that took place in person. After that, I had a coding challenge.

I completed everything they asked me to do, and I was hopeful because the experience itself didn’t feel chaotic or overly adversarial. Even so, I didn’t end up getting an offer.

What surprised me most was how a clean, fully completed sequence still didn’t guarantee a positive result. It left me reflecting that even when the process feels smooth, the final decision can still hinge on performance details at the technical and coding stages.
