Southampton, EnglandPosted Feb 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a fairly professional process, starting with two separate technical interviews.

The vibe felt organized and respectful, and the questions were technical throughout.

Even though it went decently, the result was negative. I ended up getting rejected because I lacked experience in some of the specific technologies they were looking for. That part was a bit surprising because my answers were fine within the interview context, but the decision seemed heavily tied to whether my background matched their exact stack needs.
