I went through an ACN-style interview flow that was entirely behavioral, split across three rounds.

The first round was with a level 1 manager, then I moved to a higher-level manager for the second round. The third and final behavioral conversation was with two senior executives.

Even though there weren’t any coding or technical topics described, the difficulty was high in terms of how much behavioral depth and executive-level judgment the rounds required. I didn’t receive an offer, and the biggest takeaway for me was how heavily the process leaned on multi-level behavioral evaluation rather than technical screening.
