Dollar Tree Operations Manager interview experience

I talked through my previous experience for the role, why I wanted to work for Dollar Tree, and how I’d gotten started in retail. The questions also touched on what I thought customer service meant, so the conversation stayed grounded in practical work expectations.

Everything came across as simple and focused, and the pacing didn’t feel overwhelming. I walked away feeling like I’d been heard clearly and that they understood what I’d done before, even though the discussions themselves were pretty light.
