Fort Collins, COPosted Feb 2021 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My process started like it was moving fast: I had a recruiter conversation, then I did a phone interview with the district manager and another phone interview with the regional manager.

I was told they’d follow up about my start date.

What threw me off was the silence after that. That day never arrived, and I never got the follow-through I’d been led to expect.

I ended up walking away feeling like they lost a strong, seasoned store management professional over poor timing and communication. Honestly, it left a bad taste even though the early interviews had gone smoothly enough to set expectations.
