Fresno, CAPosted Jun 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for an Account Executive role at Dollar General in an easy, low-friction flow where the emphasis was on availability, prior work experience, and how quickly I could start.

Interview / quick meeting — I described myself and my relevant experience, and we covered reasons for leaving and similar basics.
Scheduling & start date — I discussed when I could work and when I’d be able to begin after the hiring steps.
Background check / next steps — In some cases, starting depended on results, with paperwork filling following the interview. Outcome: No offer; the process itself was relaxed and supportive, but it didn’t result in a final offer for me.
