I went through a three-part structure that felt clearly laid out, combining stakeholder interviews with an exercise and presentation.

HR / recruiter interview — A fit and motivation check with clear next steps.
Hiring manager / peer interview — A discussion to validate the tight match to the role and my day-to-day approach.
Exercise + presentation — A practical task designed to demonstrate my ability to execute, followed by a presentation. Outcome: I didn’t report an offer, but the process stood out for being well outlined and open to candidate questions throughout.
