My interview process felt pretty straightforward and didn’t wander.

The first conversation was with a recruiter to confirm fit and to get a sense of DoiT. Then I met with an executive and a hiring manager, where we dug into my current experience and assessed whether I had the ability to succeed as an FSR. The final round was another hiring manager discussion focused on my sales experience, how well I understood cloud, and whether the overall fit made sense.

From first interview to offer it took around six to eight weeks, so it wasn’t overnight, but the steps felt intentional. I also remember the conversations being detailed and focused, not generic.
