This one started like it was going normally: a screening call went well and the recruiter communicated clearly.

Then I moved into a technical interview with two engineering leads that lasted about an hour and a half. It mostly involved discussing topics aligned with the role, analyzing some code, and doing a quick exercise.

Even though the technical round itself went okay, the structure of the interview day ended abruptly because they had another meeting right after. The last part felt rushed, and I barely had time to ask questions. After that, everything stalled—there was no feedback, and I ended up waiting without hearing anything back. When I reached out after about a week, I got radio silence.
